I used some 4" belltech drop shackles for a chevy truck to try to level my truck up as it sits rear high. I had to trim off the top bolt holes for them to clear the bed floor so there about 3" longer then the stockers.But it doesnt seem to sit any lower to me. any other ideas?

When I have the a/c on I get a surging/skip feeling from the truck not rpm dependent.It's got 92k miles I just done a full major tune up plugs,wires,cap,rotor,fuel filter,air filter,cleaned the TB also.
1990 302/AOD truckRuns great with the a/c off but has this problem with it on.
I pulled the leaking c6 last week and overhauled it so I got out and put a few miles on it the past couple of days SO today I finished cleaning it up good and rode over to the industrial park and snapped some new pics. I really need to direct more attention back towards this ol truck.:wasntme:
