1995 f250 460 motor will not start when it is cold

Wke up in the morning to goto work the truck will not start ,just put new plugs ,wires ,distrub cap ,rotor new fuelfilter ,cranks ,cranks nothing walk away 5 minutes come back crank,crank won`t start ,then i pumped the pedal coulpe times it sputters like its going to start ,then it starts ,then i drive two or three stops ,and it will start right up ?thanks

2 things...check your TPS voltage and your fuel pressure at the rail...KOEO

Will not start period or hard to start????

hard to start crank it almost till the battery is dead then it starts and runs and starts all day.

Had truck at a mechanic did not think it was fuel ,he said he check the fuel pressure?

now i turn the key to start let it sit 5 seconds,do this twice, three times it will crank and start right up,its like it looses fuel pressure overnight on both tanks?two bad fuel pumps????????????hope not

Sounds like it.......at the very least weak pumps.
