Here is a small alternator....it is now a 320 amp unit as I upgraded the diode pack

Does this mean if the power goes out in the house you just hook the truck up to the power line ?

That's not a bad idea..hehehehe....just have to keep the tanks full.

320amps.... I make that much electricity from rubbing a balloon in my hair

I haven't finished it yet but there are gonna be 2 Cole-Hersee 225 amp continuous duty solenoids tied into the alternator to power the inverter bank should the need arise....also will see 6 175 watt solar panels on the roof with a MPPT unit running them......too many projects and not enough time.
