Coolant temp senser

I Did an Coolant flush and use restore and vc-9 and changing to red coolant, I couldn't get out the Thermostat because of the return fuel. I could not get it lose. So I did a 3 day 21 gallon distill water flush. This morning the coolant temp on my Scangage is read 166 to 170 ECT and EOT around 200. before the change my ECT was 188-194 most and EOT 208 a 20 deg delta. During the water flashing ECT and EOT show 188 & 198.

So is my ECT senser going bad with today low reading.

Unplug it then see what it reads.

Ok it was the Thermostat got it change out . test, it opens at a lower temp.
now to replaced the clamp that haled the fuel line. lost it somewhere.

Sometimes those fuel lines are a real PITA. You ought to try threading all of those lines through there after a head gasket change, then, thread the camshaft position sensor wire through as well.
