i cant open my back window! :(

There is no tension when I turn my knob to the right to try to open my back window! I can open the hatch no problem! What should I do and how can I fix this myself? PLEASE and Thank you!!

Its a little involved

Latch—Liftgate Window Glass
Removal

Remove the liftgate trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05.
Position the watershield aside.
Open the liftgate window glass.
CAUTION: Be careful not to kink the liftgate window glass control cable while disconnecting it.

Disconnect the liftgate window glass control cable.

Remove the bolts and position the liftgate latch remote control aside.

Remove the back window latch (40860).
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Remove the four screws.
Remove the back window latch.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
If necessary, use Multi-Purpose Grease F5AZ-19G209-AA (aerosol) or equivalent meeting Ford Specification ESR-M1C159-A to lubricate the latch.

Thats the procedure to remove it. You'll have to dismantle everything and gradually see whats not working. Sorry, on this one, there are no easy answers.
