On a 77 F250 how new of a wheel will work on it?I want to get a set of used 16" wheels and wanted to know what year did the go to metic lug pattern.

The bolt pattern for up until 97 250HD/350's will fit.

Yes, but the studs on the newer trucks are 9/16" and 1/2" on the dents. So the newer rim oem rims swallow the nuts.

Someone that knows the generation 7 trucks should know the answer to that one.
