Anytime the seller says "make a good rat rod or street rod" tells me it needs a whole lotta work.

Needs a windshield and tires... cab is good but some rust in the bed. He's at $900 without me offering anything yet.

New windshield installed is $350. $400 for tires... not feeling this one.
