97 f 150 engine swap

i have 97 f 150 2 wd with 4.6 triton vin 8 th digit is w- i found a low miliage 4.6 motor in a 92 grand marquis the owner sent pic of engine to my phone it looks the same as mine except intake the 8 th digit in car vin is w will this engine work?

Should be an even swap, keep an eye on the intake height, and exhaust manifolds, as they may be different than your truck...
