It's 4" for our single dwelling.....I was just trying to stir it up while you plumbers were talking shop...
2 bath- 2 1/2 baths use 3", 3 and above use 4"!!!

That will be $65.00 Sir!!!
 
So, I need to make my intake tube smaller and get that velocity back?
Try a piece of 2.5" pipe.. hopefully you'll leave it black this time.smilieloser

You may have an issue with your TPS as well, did you transfer the one from the stock TB? If so did you test the voltage at the closed position? It should be about 0.9v.

MMMk thanks Paul... I'll probly make 2 different intakes...one or 2 inch and one for 2 1/2 with adapters. I was told .98v is optimal by the Gen 1 Lightning guys...

What size is your straight pipes? 302's aren't known for low end grunt and you might be robbing it by "exhaust over kill".

Yea i bet you do. There not adjustable on these trucks like my stang. Unless your aftermarket TB lets you adjust it.
