happy birthday! Here's a hint on avoiding hangovers-

1. Use gatorade as chasers since it keeps you hydrated.

2. Have a glass of water between every drink. Drinking water at the end of the night won't save you from a hangover but water between drinks does.

3. Take a multivitamin before going to bed since you pee out a lot of your nutrients.

aparently i hit my head REALLY hard last night..

and actually have a knot on top of my head today..

this feels like a concussion. i had one at 11 years old from football

well it was aparrently after I fell asleep on the toilet Ann was trying to get me upbringing go to bed and I fell and landed head first in the tub.

Happy Birthday Chris...sounds like it started with a bang (what I did there, did you see it). Pedialyte is my combatant of choice when it comes to fighting dehydration...$5 a bottle, but I've never had a hangover. My little bro just had a similar experience to yours, but filled him up with Pedialyte, and he was good to go the next day.
