Morning everyone,
I'm new to the site and wanted to introduce myself. I live in North Alabama and was fortunate to talk a buddy out of his 1966 F-250 a few weeks back. It is a project, but is in pretty good condition to be parked for 12 years.

My question is there a way to raise the truck 2-3 inches with the twin I-Beam front end?

First off, welcome to the site! The lift can be done but its labor intensive. You'll have to drop down the "pivot points" for the twin I beams, drop the mounts for the rear of the radius arms, plus longer springs,shocks. You can raise the body and bed cheaper and easier, and it still looks good.
