Help please! Wheel backspacing?

A friend needs to know the back spacing on a 15" wheel for a 1994 F-150. Can someone please help me!!

Pretty sure it's a 4.5" backspacing on the stock rims.

3.5" backspacing.. any more produces a lot of rub on the trailing arms.

Ok, is it 3.5 or 4.5 rut roh? I told her 4.5

I have several different stock rims here and none of them are 4.5".
