What is the best source for technical and spec info?

Kinda like the old Chilton's books..... Is there anything like that here or on the web?

Example: Correct idle speed for a 1993 fuel injected 460?

I don't have a specific answer to your questions, but yes, there are manuals and literature available, and we have a very astute group of guys here...we even have ourselves a handful of Ford Techs. So if you have a question post it on up, and I'm sure you'll get what you're looking for.

There are plenty of smart people on here to answer your questions and some of us even have the OEM literature at our disposal.

With me however, I only answer tech questions in the tech forums

im only gonna say i've always had idle speeds run at 850-900 in park or nuetral and that will make it around 700-750 in gear.

I would locate the OEM manuals, Helm Inc. carries them, but it looks like the one you would need is out of stock. EBay is a good source of manuals.
