Yes, available to you at no cost, TSB's and schematics. I've only looked at Ford and a few GM's but it appears that all makes and models are listed and presumably fair game.

Now to register. You don't really have to play along here, as it doesn't send you an email requiring a conformation. Just type in anything, once you do this, you're up and running and TSB's and schematics can be viewed and downloaded.
Another useful source for schematics and the pinouts for the connectors is autozone.com. This one requires you to register, which IMO is a small price to gain access to the info.
