05 6.0, No start. Quit going down the road. IDS shows no ICP pressure. Has Aftermarket oil filter and cap (still no ICP after change). Do air testing, air leak noted at rear of engine. Cycle IPR with IDS during air testing, no change in sound. Likely cause(s)?

For the stupids on here could you expand out the ICP's XYZ's and the ABC's to dumb it down a little?

ICP-injector control pressure (tells how much pressure for injector usage, needs min 500 psi just to start). IPR- Injector pressure regulator (regulates the high pressure engine oil {ICP}) At idle will be 14.2%, wide open at 89-95%

One more clue? Is it leaking before the ipr?
The high pressure oil goes through the pump first, then the IPR opens or closes to regulate the pressure. Open, the oil goes past the IPR and out of the "bleed hole" in the pump. Closed, the pressure doesn't reach the hole. The IPR is bad, never closing. Thus the "air leak".
