THANKS BLACKSNAPON!! i changed timing cover and used all my components but after speaking with a larger salvage yard in atlanta GA they told me even though the car engines will work with all the swapping they dont sell a car engine for the truck engine due 2 warranty issues from all the parts...

ok i have pictures below intake fits both engines the same i helped take it apart but had a friend help me not sure what i am missing that goes in this spot behind intake on passenger side but gasket has a bead and extra bolt hole that intake does not cover a pic would be best thanks...

i have 97 f 150 2 wd with 4.6 triton vin 8 th digit is w- i found a low miliage 4.6 motor in a 92 grand marquis the owner sent pic of engine to my phone it looks the same as mine except intake the 8 th digit in car vin is w will this engine work?
