Im not much of a fan of Eagle cranks but for your intended use I sure it will work well. With your piston choice I assume you will be using small valve D3 heads?

Actually, pending funds, I will be going to Kaase P-51s. My connections can get me a set dirt cheap brand new. I'm going to hog the chambers out from 72 to somewhere in the 80s I found a build sheet we have at the school that a 534 made 770hp at 6300 and 10:5 compression. Same internals except a larger bore. Same heads. So that's where I'm headed. That's around the range I want. Project has been put on hold til I can afford the heads though.

Thats a VERY bad idea to hog out your chambers to increase volume. You will completely fubar numerous things simultaneously.

Also, the pistons do not appear to be for CJ valve pierce points
